Autoroutes du Sud de la France SA builds and manages motorway networks. ASF is engaged in the financing, construction and operation of a network of toll highways in France. It also manages freight centers and parking facilities under concession agreements with the French state. ASF operates four principal subsidiaries: Autoroutes Esteral, Cote d'Azur, Provence, Alpes (ESCOTA), which operates over 400 kilometers of highway in France; Jamaican Infrastructure Operator, which operates 33 kilometers of Highway 2000 in Jamaica; Truck Etap, which specializes in the construction of supervised parking lots for heavy vehicles and Autoroutes-Trafic, which sells multimedia traffic information services. It was founded in 1957 and is headquartered in Paris, France.
